The Pine Suite		 The Pine Suite features a queen size French Provencial bed (converted) and French antiques, Oriental rugs, flame birch wood floors, all marble bathroom with a six-foot tub with hand-held shower attachment, heat control, cable TV, digital phone.

It has a separate sitting room between the bedroom and bath overlooking the back gardens. There are 13 large windows that provide a panorama of the grounds. Nature lovers can see the flock of wild turkeys and deer that roam freely on the estate.

The Woodland Suite		 The Woodland Suite is on the ground floor and features a queen French Provencial bed, combined with Art Deco furnishings, oak floors, Oriental rugs, all marble bath with six-foot tub and large shower, heat control, TV/VCR, digital phone.

It has a separate sitting room with a large oak armoire between the bedroom and bathroom. The 10 large windows have views of the gardens and grounds.

The Garden Suite		 The Garden Suite features a queen size four poster bed, antique armoire, and classic antique furniture, Oriental rugs, flame birch wood floors, a Vermont green marble bathroom with a six-foot tub and separate shower, heat control, TV/VCR, digital phone.

It has a separate sitting room between the bedroom and bath with an antique chaise lounge. The 3 large bedroom windows overlook the glorious, lily, perennial garden.
Bed and Breakfast Policies:
Smoking not permitted in Bed and Breakfast
Guest Pets cannot be accommodated
One night or 50% is required deposit
Minimum nights stay required during Saratoga horse
     racing season and special events
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out is 11:00AM
Accepted payment methods are Master Card, Visa,
     American Express Travelers Checks

Rates may be higher for one night stays and rates may
     be subject to change

Deposits and Cancellations:

Reservations require one night or 50% deposit.
Minimum nights stay required during racing season,
     and special events and weekends.
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior unless
     racing season, special events or weekends, which
     require 30 days prior.
A $100 fee will be charged on all cancellations.
